Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Zoho Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analytics, business intelligence (BI), and experience with Zoho Analytics to create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. You will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization, and integrating Zoho Analytics with other business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Integration & ETL: Integrate data from various sources (CRM, ERP, spreadsheets, databases, etc.) into Zoho Analytics. Set up and manage ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Design, develop, and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations that track KPIs, business performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities. Provide actionable insights to various teams and stakeholders.
  • Automation & Customization: Develop automated workflows and business rules within Zoho Analytics to streamline processes and improve decision-making.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with stakeholders (management, sales, finance, marketing, etc.) to understand reporting needs and deliver data solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Data Governance: Ensure data integrity, security, and governance across all reporting and analytics processes.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Zoho Analytics features, helping them effectively utilize reports and dashboards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with Zoho Analytics: Proven experience in using Zoho Analytics or other BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to design reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL, and data integration techniques. Familiarity with Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, or other Zoho Suite products is a plus.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and draw insights to inform business decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to troubleshoot data issues and find efficient solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in reports and dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques (e.g., predictive analytics, machine learning) is a plus.
  • Certifications in Zoho Analytics or related BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) are desirable.
  • Experience in integrating Zoho Analytics with other Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, etc.) or third-party tools.
