Job Description - Finance ManagerPosition Title: Finance ManagerLocation: Trivandrum Experience Level: 2 to 5 years of post-CA qualification Department: FinanceAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our Finance Department. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in finance, accounting, and compliance, along with strong leadership and analytical capabilities. This role is critical to maintaining financial integrity and ensuring statutory compliance.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and present financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.- Coordinate with the finance and accounts team to ensure timely and effective delivery of financial functions.- Oversee accurate processing of financial transactions and uphold financial data integrity.- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including TDS, GST, and other tax-related obligations.- Conduct regular account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.- Deliver periodic management reports to senior leadership.Qualifications & Experience- CA qualified with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (mandatory)- 7-10 years of overall experience, preferably in the IT industry- Working knowledge or experience with Zoho Books and UAE Accounting.Key Skills- Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations- Proficient in GST and Tax compliance- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and other financial applications- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines- High attention to detail and accuracy- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel- Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment- Proven track record in achieving performance targets and delivering results (ref:iimjobs.com)
