A Life, Leadership & Career Transition Coach is looking for a proactive, organized professional to support coaching operations and business development. This role offers flexibility, a purpose-driven environment, and growth opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage coaching calendar, appointments, and follow-ups

Support branding through regular posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook

Edit short videos and assist during webinars and workshops

Handle client communication (corporate clients and Armed Forces officers), ensuring 24-hour response turnaround

Maintain accurate client records, payments, feedback, and session notes

Support in identifying and exploring new coaching/business opportunities

**Required Skills & Tools**:
Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficient in Zoom, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), LinkedIn

Familiarity with Canva, Trello, and Zoho Invoicing is an added advantage

Must have own laptop/desktop and stable high-speed internet

Background in HR or coaching will be beneficial

1. The EAs mode although is a **WFH**will be preferred to be **ex-Kochi/Ernakulam** or nearby locations for ease of assistance in managing corporate events.

Probation of 3 months may please be noted

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
