We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team asInternational Voice Process Associates. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our international customers, providing exceptional support and resolving their queries efficiently. You will handle inbound/outbound calls and ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving their issues.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products and services.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
- Meet and exceed performance targets related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred).
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends if required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an international BPO voice process or customer service environment for minimum 1 year is a must.
- Graduation is a must.
