Role Description

This is a project based, on-site role for a Sales Trainer located in Thane. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for conducting sales trainings, developing training programs, delivering engaging presentations, and providing continuous development and support to the field sales and inside sales team. The Sales Trainer will also work closely with the customer service team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Presentation Skills and Communication Skills
- Sales Trainings, Field Sales Trainings and Training & Development experience
- Customer Service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to motivate and mentor sales team members
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred
