**Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced **Sales Trainer** to design and deliver training programs for our Domestic and International Tele Sales teams. The role includes onboarding new sales executives, conducting skill development sessions, and ensuring consistent team performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging training content (scripts, presentations, call guides, role-plays).
- Conduct refresher sessions and ongoing coaching to improve performance.
- Identify performance gaps and provide targeted 1:1 or group coaching.
- Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Maintain training records and provide performance reports to leadership.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years in sales, with 1-2 years in training, coaching, or team lead role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- Strong understanding of sales processes (cold calling, lead qualification, objection handling, closing)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM tools and virtual training
