Role Objective

We are looking for a techno-commercial professional who is passionate about driving Enterprise Sales and building a strong customer base through consultative selling. This role provides an opportunity to demonstrate entrepreneurship, leadership, and ownership in contributing to organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

- Own & grow the P&L of the region with complete responsibility for sales, account management, operations, and supply chain.
- Acquire relevant enterprise customers, nurture relationships, and convert them into consistent key accounts.
- Strategize entry into industrial segments and enable technology-led procurement.
- Plan, execute, and monitor sales operations to achieve accelerated business growth.
- Ensure account stabilization and long-term growth.

Key Stakeholders

- Internal: City Heads & Supply Leaders (business alignment), Finance, Technology & HR (vendor, customer, and team management).
- External: Enterprise customers (hunting & account development).

Qualification & Work Experience

- 6+ years of experience in P&L management / Enterprise sales in B2B / Industrial sector.
- Prior exposure to consultative enterprise sales preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

- Strong communication and people management skills.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams.
- High ownership mindset and ability to build from scratch.
- Passion for hunting, driving aggressive sales targets, and scaling business.

Education

- B.Tech & MBA from a Tier-1 institute (Essential).
