Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Projects, you will:

- Drive and deliver short- and long-term complex strategic projects across the business.

- Meet with stakeholders to define requirements and collect data using multiple methods.

- Conduct research and analysis to identify key business issues and opportunities.

- Develop detailed strategies, business plans, and recommendations to support decision-making.

- Implement project plans, track progress, and adjust as needed to ensure delivery.

- Create impactful senior-level communications, reports, and dashboards.

- Support development of strategy documentation and performance reporting templates.

- Contribute to leadership communication, employee engagement, and strategic alignment.

The Successful Applicant

- Holds a degree in Chemical Engineering (mandatory).

- Brings a minimum of 8 years' experience, with proven leadership in project delivery.

- Ideally comes from a consulting background (Big Four preferred).

- Possesses strong expertise in operations and supply chain.

- Confident in stakeholder management, with strong communication and influencing skills.

- Collaborative, adaptable, and able to thrive in cross-functional environments.
