Role Summary

To support all investor-facing communication, financial reporting and capital market activities while assisting in business growth and strategic opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who can work/ coordinate with multiple teams, prepare high-quality materials for external stakeholders and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Relations

Assist in coordinating/ preparation of quarterly financial updates, earnings presentations and investor-related SEBI-compliant disclosures.

Ensure accurate and timely submission of investor updates and distribution announcements.

Maintain investor databases, respond to queries and prepare meeting notes for management follow-ups.

Coordinate and execute investor meetings, calls and presentations to discuss several initiatives and portfolio performance.

Be the SPOC for all unitholders and share investor feedback for internal reporting.

Monitor peer InvIT/ REIT performance, sector news, rating agency reports and analyst coverage.

Prepare reports including competitive analysis for management and board reviews.

Strategic & Business Initiatives

Driving and overseeing the progress of multiple key strategic projects

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including industry partners, bankers, etc.

Prepare updates for Board Members on a monthly/ quarterly basis as the need be

Co-ordinate with the Project Manager entity for obtaining regular business updates

Support in preparation of various reports such as annual reports and any other business reports

Assist the senior management team on various new initiatives that will enhance the InvITs performance or achieve the InvITs objective

Conduct market research on warehousing assets, logistics parks and potential targets.

Build data rooms, collate documentation and support transaction execution.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: CA / MBA (Finance)

  • Experience: 2-3 years in Investor Relations, Consulting or Business Roles (Infra/ Real Estate sector preferred)

  • Technical Skills:

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Working knowledge of SEBI InvIT regulations and disclosure norms is an added advantage

  • Behavioural Skills:

High attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines under pressure
