As the Lead Strategic Manager you will be a key architect of our organization s long-term vision and strategic direction Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer CEO or Chief Strategy Officer CSO you will provide strategic leadership guidance and direction to senior management and cross-functional teams Your role will be instrumental in shaping and executing strategic plans that drive growth profitability and organizational excellence Key Responsibilities Strategic Vision and Planning Lead the development of the organization s strategic vision and long-term plans in collaboration with executive leadership and key stakeholders Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends competitive dynamics and internal capabilities to identify strategic opportunities and risks Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans setting clear goals strategies and performance metrics to measure progress and success Strategic Leadership and Execution Provide strategic direction and guidance to senior management and cross-functional teams ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities Drive the execution of strategic initiatives overseeing project teams and resources to ensure successful implementation and delivery of results Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement encouraging experimentation and risk-taking to drive strategic innovation and growth Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders including executive leadership board members partners and industry influencers Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to gather insights solicit feedback and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives and decisions Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership providing strategic counsel and recommendations based on industry best practices and analysis Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Establish key performance indicators KPIs and metrics to track progress towards strategic goals and objectives Monitor and analyze performance data identifying trends opportunities and areas for improvement Provide regular updates and reports to executive leadership presenting findings and insights to inform decision-making and strategic adjustments Strategic Partnerships and Growth Opportunities Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships alliances and growth opportunities to enhance the organization s competitive position and market presence Lead negotiations and execution of strategic agreements ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives Assess and pursue mergers and acquisitions M A opportunities that support business growth and expansion strategies Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management Finance Economics or a related field Master s degree preferred 10 years of experience in strategic planning business development consulting or executive leadership roles with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering results Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals and objectives Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical abilities with a demonstrated capacity to anticipate and address complex business challenges Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to articulate vision strategy and recommendations to diverse audiences Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
