About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven 
Strategic Outreach Manager
 to generate high-quality B2B leads for our sales team. The primary responsibility will be to manage outreach campaigns using provided data, engage prospects via email, and nurture responses before handing them over to the sales team. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, efficient, and skilled in using tools like 
Excel, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Outlook
 to streamline outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Prospecting:
    Basis the target list, identify probable decision makers and reach out to them.
  • Lead Generation:
     Systematically email prospects from provided data sets using our company's pitch.
  • Email Campaign Management:
     Conduct timely and persistent follow-ups on all outreach emails to maximize engagement.
  • Lead Qualification:
     Identify and qualify interested prospects based on their email responses.
  • Handoff to Sales:
     Seamlessly transition all warm, qualified leads to the sales team for further action.
  • Data Management:
     Maintain and organize lead data effectively using Microsoft Excel.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Education:
    Must be a graduate.
  • Experience:
     A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role such as inside sales, lead generation, or Corporate sales development.
  • Tech-Savvy:
     Proficient in using 
    LinkedIn

    Microsoft Outlook

    Microsoft Excel

    ChatGPT
     for optimizing outreach communication.
  • Communication:
     Excellent written communication skills with a knack for crafting engaging and persuasive emails.
  • Efficiency:
     A proactive and quick individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and persistent in follow-ups.
  • Smart & Resourceful:
     Ability to think on your feet and efficiently manage a high volume of outreach activities.
