If you have an MBA from a premier institute, and a work experience of 5 to 9 years, then you are the young leader for below role:- Sales Manager Experience Required: 5-9 years Location: Mumbai Core Skills: Strategic Sales, Revenue Growth, Client Success, Trusted Advisor ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a proactive Sales Manager to drive growth in the International as well as in India market, specifically by managing and expanding relationships with banks and financial institutions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing key accounts, driving revenue, and delivering tailored solutions to banking clients. Job Description ● Strategic thinker with a client-centric approach with a strong domain knowledge in banking and financial software ● Should have managed key accounts for global and banks, consistently growing relationships and revenue. ● Should have exceeded sales targets through strategic upselling and cross-selling within the BFSI sector. ● Maintained high client retention and satisfaction by acting as a trusted, proactive advisor. ● Should have Banking Domain experience, preferable in Transaction Banking, Core banking Roles & Responsibilities: ● Account Management ❖ Act as the primary point of contact for assigned banking clients. ❖ Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders across Banks & Fintech Institutions across the Globe. ❖ Understand client needs, regulatory challenges, and business objectives to recommend suitable solutions. ● Revenue Growth ❖ Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with banks. ❖ Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-impact solutions. ❖ Meet or exceed revenue targets. ● Client Success ❖ Monitor satisfaction levels of clients and address issues proactively. ❖ Provide regular business reviews, insights, and roadmap alignment updates. ❖ Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients derive measurable value from our solutions. ● Market Insights & Collaboration ❖ Stay informed about trends, compliance regulations, and market shifts in the banking sector. ❖ Relay client feedback to product teams and contribute to solution enhancements aligned with market needs. ❖ Ensure timely delivery and implementation of solutions through coordination with internal teams. ● Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ❖ Client Retention and Satisfaction (CSAT) ❖ Successful upselling and cross-selling within assigned accounts ❖ Engagement frequency and account coverage ❖ Pipeline development and renewal management ● Success Factors ❖ Client-Centricity: Strong understanding of banking workflows and priorities ❖ Relationship Management: Ability to build trust across multiple levels in banks & financial Institutions ❖ Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of transaction banking, compliance, and digital transformation ❖ Problem Solving: Agile in resolving client concerns and enabling smoother solution adoption ❖ Communication: Strong articulation of Intellect value propositions and custom solutions to BFSI clients Educational Qualification: BE / B Tech, MBA, Preferably BE + MBA
