Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager - Commercial Real Estate (Developer Sales) to join our growing Commercial & Retail Strata team. The role involves driving sales and leasing transactions for high-value commercial assets, managing developer relationships, and achieving sales targets through strategic client and channel engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Drive commercial sales and strata transactions for office and retail projects across NCR. - Manage the end-to-end sales process - from lead identification, client meetings, and property presentations to deal closure. - Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and institutional clients. - Engage with corporates, HNIs, and channel partners to promote and sell commercial properties. - Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling. - Coordinate with internal research, marketing, and CRM teams to generate quality leads. - Provide market feedback and intelligence to support strategic decision-making. - Represent ANAROCK in client presentations, property showcases, and industry events. Desired Candidate Profile: - 4-10 years of experience in commercial real estate sales / leasing / investor relations. - Demonstrated success in closing deals and achieving sales targets. - Strong existing network within developers, IPCs, and investor communities. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment. - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and pipeline reporting. Education: - Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate Management. - MBA preferred (especially from reputed institutions).
