We are looking for a confident and result-oriented **Female Telecaller** to join our real estate team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, following up with potential clients, and assisting the sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain property details.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
- Generate leads and maintain a database of interested clients.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain call logs and update client interactions in Excel/CRM.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure conversion and retention.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum **1-3 years** of experience as a Telecaller, preferably in the **Real Estate industry**.
- Excellent **communication and persuasion skills** (Hindi & English).
- Confident, polite, and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle client objections and convert inquiries into visits/sales.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
