Your Role: HR Executive

As an HR Executive, you will oversee core HR activities, from operations to recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and policy management. You will be a trusted partner to leadership and employees, ensuring HR initiatives align with business goals while promoting a positive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain HR records and update employee data in HRMS or relevant systems.
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal-setting and feedback cycles.
- Support employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal events.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and data protection regulations.
- Handle employee queries and grievances with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate training programs and track learning & development initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand talent needs and workforce planning.
- Facilitate onboarding and induction programs to integrate new hires smoothly into the organization.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HRMS tools is a plus.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to IT/technology or consulting industry HR practices.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or ATS platforms.
- Knowledge of labor laws and basic compliance requirements.
- Understanding of employer branding and talent engagement strategies.
