We invite you to join our global team of talented people who are transforming the cancer diagnostics industry At Leica Biosystems you will be stimulated by challenging work and inspired to learn every day As an LBS associate youll help develop solutions that enable accurate diagnoses to turn anxiety into answers Leica Biosystems is a global leader in workflow solutions and automation As the only company to own the workflow from biopsy to diagnosis we are uniquely positioned to break down the barriers between each of these steps Our mission of Advancing Cancer Diagnostics Improving Lives is at the heart of our corporate culture We are looking for a Sales Manager to help us develop the tissue diagnostics market by generating funnel increasing market share and driving geographical expansion for our Consumables Business The role location is Bangalore Hyderabad and entails working in hybrid mode driving the growth and development of Leica Biosystems Consumables Business across the territory comprising of South and West India In this role you will have the opportunity to Promote all LBS consumables products in accordance with marketing and sales strategies to meet needs and benefits of customers Expand LBS market share with a specific focus on installed based by visiting customers directly and collaborating with distributors partners to make LBS the first choice of customers You would also need to manage channels in order to drive supply and availability of the products Role - Sales Manager - Consumables South West Location - Bangalore ChennaiMajor responsibilities we will trust you with Growth and expansion of sales of the full range of LBS consumables products to achieve annual sales targets in the Clinical Diagnostics Life Sciences segment Leverage value selling skills to provide solutions that meet the needs of existing and potential customers like Corporate accounts Private Hospital Government Hospitals Maintain strong partnerships with strategically selected distributors channel partner SA A B rank to grow business and achieve sales goals where applicable in region Coordinate customer demonstrations installations and training with Applications Engineering team Tender management and quotations process Plan and report activities using SFDC including Win Loss and competitor information Conduct sales activities using basic understanding of DBS tools Qualify leads and create funnels Submit accurate forecasts and present own sales action plans Participate in daily management meeting Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role Bachelor Masters degree in field of Life science Pharmacy Minimum 8 to 10 years of sales experience in medical diagnostics or life science field with successful track record of sales business development and exposure to government tenders process Work experience in CRMs like SFDC Agile and willing to travel 50 of the time in the region Ability to work independently and within a team Strong team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills with a scientific approach for the customers At Danaher we bring together science technology and operational capabilities to accelerate the real-life impact of tomorrows science and technology We partner with customers across the globe to help them solve their most complex challenges architecting solutions that bring the power of science to life Our global teams are pioneering whats next across Life Sciences Diagnostics Biotechnology and beyond For more information visit At Danaher we value diversity and the existence of similarities and differences both visible and not found in our workforce workplace and throughout the markets we serve Our associates customers and shareholders contribute unique and different perspectives as a result of these diverse attributes
