Job Description Job Description Onboarding/ Induction Specialist Location Mumbai, India (Malad West )Experience 1 to 3 year s The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for delivering a seamless and engaging new hire experience from offer acceptance to the employee's first months in the organization. This role ensures every new joiner feels welcomed, informed, and set up for success through effective coordination, communication, and process excellenc e. Key Responsibiliti - es:Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires (pre-boarding to Day 1 and beyon - d).Liaise with cross-functional teams (IT, Admin, Payroll, Facilities, HRBPs, etc.) to ensure all new hire requirements are completed on ti - me.Create and share onboarding schedules, welcome kits, and communication touchpoints with new hir - es.Conduct induction sessions and facilitate new hire orientation progra - ms.Ensure timely completion of joining formalities and accurate documentation in HRIS / HR - MS.Track and maintain onboarding metr - icsCollaborate with L&D and HRBPs to enhance the onboarding journey and improve overall employee experien - ce.Address queries and concerns of new employees during their initial period in the organizati - on.Continuously improve onboarding content, processes, and tools to align with organizational culture and employer brandi ng. Qualifications & Ski - lls:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fi - eld.Strong interpersonal and communication ski - lls.Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multit - ask.Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS / ATS platfo - rms.Empathetic, approachable, and customer-service oriented mind set.
