Job Description We are hiring on behalf of a leading talent marketplace company for the position of User onboarding specialist Role : User onboarding specialist Location : Hyderabad(WFO) Years Experiences: 1 - 3 Years Job Description User onboarding specialist - Be the first touchpoint for freelancers and clients after they sign up. - Handhold users through their first aha moment profile setup, job posting, or AI-assisted work. - Run onboarding calls, walkthroughs, and demos to activate users quickly. - Spot friction points and work closely with product + tech to fix them fast. - Build scalable onboarding playbooks, guides, and video explainers. - Track onboarding metrics (activation %, first job posted/completed, etc.) and own user success in the first 30 days. - Collect raw feedback from the ground and feed it back into our product loop. - Hustle with the growth team to turn early users into loyal advocates. What We're Looking For - 13 years in onboarding, customer success, or community roles (startup/marketplace experience = bonus). - Strong communicator who can simplify tech for anyone. - Empathy + problem-solving mindset you love helping people succeed. - Comfortable working in chaos and creating structure out of it. - Curious, adaptable, and excited to wear multiple hats in a fast-scaling startup.
