Job Summary As a sales analyst for the QuEST team you are required to play a critical role in supporting NetApp internal and Partner users on business incidents related to the CPQ Configure Price Quote systems-specifically QE and UCPQ You would also be working closely with the Development and Modelling teams to prioritise and resolve system defects and be part of business validations and user acceptance testing UAT for QE CPQ system releases helping ensure seamless and accurate quoting processes for NetApp Job Requirements Experience with product configuration Renewal quoting pricing processes and systems Understanding on Basic Storage and cloud concepts Excellent English language including verbal written and comprehension skills Excellent customer service skills including the ability to host conference calls and collaboration sessions online Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills demonstrated through strong presentation verbal and written communication Comprehension and capability of meeting Service Level Agreements SLAs Increase sales productivity by streamlining business processes and tools Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple requests perform diverse job functions and support a high-performing successful sales team Excellent time management analytical and problem-solving skills in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong attention to accuracy details and outstanding customer service Education Bachelors or Masters Degree Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience
