Sales Process OptimizationOptimize Sales Operations: Streamline processes, remove bottlenecks, and boost team productivity across Sales, Finance, and Marketing.Data-Driven Insights: Track KPIs, build dashboards, and deliver actionable reports to drive revenue growth.Empower Sales Teams: Provide tools, training, and resources for faster deal closures and smarter selling.CRM & Tech Management: Maintain clean CRM data, automate reporting, and support sales tools for seamless operations.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to ensure smooth workflows.Compliance & Security: Safeguard data and ensure adherence to GDPR, CCPA, and internal policies.Skills RequiredStrong knowledge of sales processes, CRM, and BI tools.Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills.Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
