This is an execution-first role for someone who thrives on structure, consistency, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.You’ll be the operational right-hand to the team — making sure deals are progressing, reps are performing efficiently, and internal coordination is seamless. This is a tactical role where precision, process-following, and proactive communication matter most.Key Responsibilities:🧠 📈 Deal Management & Pipeline ExecutionEnsure reps update all deals with accurate account maps, business cases, stakeholders, close dates, and multithreading detailsNudge reps to complete overdue CRM tasks and follow-upsConduct regular pipeline hygiene checks to flag stale or low-engagement dealsAudit all open deals for progress, stakeholder involvement, and missing next stepsPrepare agendas and documentation for internal deal desk reviews🔄 Coordination with Sales LeadershipProvide daily updates to Head of Sales on critical deal or rep issuesSet weekly sales team meeting agendas and ensure action items are trackedCoordinate calendar for deal reviews and key internal sessionsShadow and support the Head of Sales to ensure delegated tasks are being executedFollow up on open items from leadership and cross-functional meetings🚀 Rep Productivity & UtilizationTrack rep activity: calls, emails, meetings — dailyMonitor rep utilization (time in meetings vs. idle) and flag inefficienciesIdentify patterns of underperformance and raise proactively📊 Reporting & AnalyticsReconcile rep-submitted forecasts with actual CRM pipeline data weeklyCreate monthly performance dashboards for leadership (bookings, conversions, activities)Track and report on team progress vs. monthly and quarterly goalsMaintain performance logs to drive future coaching and hiring decisionsCoaching & Performance SupportIdentify skill gaps and coaching opportunities based on rep behavior and outcomesHighlight performance gaps vs. targets and suggest weekly focus areasPrepare weekly scorecards for rep 1:1s, including quota tracking and activity insightsMaintain a rolling log of each rep’s strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvementWhat You'll Need to Succeed:2-4 years in a Sales Ops, or Sales Analyst-type role (full-time experience only)Strong proficiency with Hubspot is mandatoryObsessive attention to detail and ability to follow through on processesComfort working with structured data, reports, and recurring workflowsHighly reliable, organized, and proactive communicatorComfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environmentWhy This Role?This is a unique opportunity to work directly with senior sales leadership and be at the center of a high-performing team.
