Deel is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Partnerships Manager to lead and grow our partnerships strategy in the India region. Reporting into the APAC partnerships lead, this role is responsible for identifying, closing, and scaling revenue-generating alliances across a wide spectrum of partner types. The ideal candidate will bring 810 years of experience in partnerships, spanning both strategic enterprise collaborations and hands-on partner management. We&aposre looking for someone deeply embedded in the Payroll and Human Capital Management (HCM) ecosystem, with a proven network and commercial acumen to drive channel growth through re-sellers, white-label platforms, and revenue-share partners.

This is a high-impact role with direct influence on Deels regional growth trajectory, partner innovation, and revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Strategic Partner Development Identify, negotiate, and formalise partnerships with key players in Indias payroll, HR tech, and global employment infrastructure ecosystem.
- Partner Lifecycle Ownership Lead the full lifecycle of partner relationships from sourcing and onboarding through enablement, growth, and retention for both tactical and strategic partnerships.
- Revenue Growth Through Channels Drive measurable revenue outcomes through a variety of partner models including traditional referrals, re-sellers, and white-label arrangements.
- Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Product teams to co-design and execute go-to-market initiatives and joint value propositions.
- Co-Marketing & GTM Activation Develop and execute regional co-marketing strategies including events, webinars, digital campaigns, and case studies in collaboration with partners.

Qualifications

- 810 years of experience in partner management, business development, or alliances, ideally within the Payroll, HCM, or Fintech domains.
- Deep understanding of various partner models including re-sellers, white-label, and revenue-sharing frameworks.
- Strong commercial instincts with a proven ability to drive partner-sourced revenue and influence product adoption.
- Established network across the Indian HCM and payroll landscape, with the ability to quickly build credibility and trust.
- Demonstrated success in both enterprise partnerships and hands-on, tactical partner execution.
- Skilled in co-selling, partner enablement, and building scalable GTM playbooks.
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, ambiguous environment with competing priorities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with HCM ecosystems like SAP, Oracle, Workday is a strong advantage.
