We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Servicing Intern who will serve as a vital link between the organization and our clients. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about building strong client relationships while ensuring smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
2. Understand client needs and translate them into actionable strategies
3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of client requirements
4. Contribute creative ideas and insights during brainstorming sessions
5. Stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations in the digital marketing space
6. Communicate clearly and efficiently with clients and internal stakeholders
7. Ensure client satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and regular follow-ups
Requirements:
1. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients
2. Excellent verbal and written communication in English
