About Us:

WWC is a dynamic and growing full-service advertising and digital marketing agency based in Pune. We specialize in creative branding, digital campaigns, packaging design, exhibition design, and print solutions. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Client Servicing Executive to join our team and be the key bridge between clients and our creative departments.

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication or Journalism

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships; act as the main point of contact for all client communication.

• Project Coordination:

• Understand client briefs and communicate requirements clearly to internal teams including creative, digital, and production departments.

• Campaign Management:

• Oversee execution of digital marketing campaigns, branding projects, and packaging design initiatives. Ensure timely delivery and quality output.

• Strategic Input:

• Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and branding strategies to add value to client projects.

• Presentation & Reporting:

• Prepare and deliver presentations, status reports, timelines, and performance metrics for client reviews.

• Follow-ups & Documentation:

• Handle timely follow-ups on approvals, feedback, payments, and ensure all project documentation is maintained properly.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in a client servicing role at an advertising or digital marketing agency.

• Strong knowledge of branding, packaging design, and digital marketing concepts.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts.

• Ability to understand creative briefs and coordinate effectively between teams.

• Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and basic understanding of digital platforms

Location: MG Road, Camp, Pune

Experience: 0-2 (in Advertising & Digital Marketing Agencies, Freshers can Apply)

Qualification: Only Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication or Journalism

Salary: Based on Last Drawn Salary & Performance
