Client Servicing Executive

Location: Pune (On-site)Experience: 1–2 years in content/client servicing in relevant orgs-design studios/production houses/advertising agencies.Barakhadee is looking for an Account Executive who can think ideas, talk ideas, and get those ideas executed without missing a beat.You'll be the bridge between our clients and our creative team — making sure deadlines, briefs, and creatives all align.What you'll be doing Own the brief: Take clear, detailed client briefs and turn them into actionable tasks for the team.Content ideation: Work with our creatives to develop campaign ideas, scripts, social media content, and other brand communication.Client servicing: Maintain smooth, professional, and prompt communication with clients. Present ideas, gather feedback, and manage expectations.Execution follow-through: Coordinate timelines, track deliverables, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.Feedback management: Filter, translate, and channel feedback between clients and the creative team.We're looking for someone who Holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication (or equivalent in a relevant field).Has 1–2 years of agency/client servicing experience (preferably with content-driven brands).Can think creatively and also keep an eye on the operational details.Is comfortable juggling multiple accounts and deadlines without losing cool.Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.Is a people person who can hold their ground with both clients and creatives.We're a growing creative house where good ideas win, egos don't .
