Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Client Servicing Executive. The Client Servicing Executive will manage client services and relations, prepare presentations, provide exceptional customer service, and handle account management tasks. Responsibilities include ensuring client satisfaction, coordinating with internal teams, and responding promptly to client inquiries.

Qualifications

- Client Services and Client Relations skills
- Proficiency in creating and delivering Presentations
- Customer Service and Account Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in the advertising or communications industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
