Why This Role Matters The Checkout & Merchant Experience team is at the core of GoKwik's mission to enable seamless, high-converting checkout journeys for merchants. As a Prrgram Manager, you'll play a critical role in scaling GoKwik's Checkout and related product suite, improving merchant experience, and driving measurable business impact across our ecosystem. Your work will directly shape how merchants and customers experience GoKwik every day. What You'll Own - Partner with Sales and Account teams to understand evolving merchant requirements and translate them into structured product needs and use cases. - Analyse product and feature changes through A/B testing and experimentation to optimise conversion rates and reduce friction. - Leverage data and analytics to generate actionable insights, identify key growth levers, and drive data-backed decision-making. - Conduct deep-dive problem solving to identify root causes, quantify impact, and propose scalable, practical solutions. - Build strong merchant relationships and create GoKwik champions among our partners by driving value and advocacy. - Define and track performance metrics to measure success across merchant conversion, adoption, and satisfaction. - Drive operational excellence through structured performance monitoring, control, and reporting mechanisms. - Develop business cases and ROI analyses for new initiatives to ensure strategic investments deliver tangible impact. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Business, and Operations teams for seamless project execution. - Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and translate them into actionable product strategies. Who You Are - 35 years of experience in data-driven environments such as AdTech, FinTech, or eCommerce. - Proven exposure to B2B SaaS product management or customer-facing analytical roles. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and analytics tools such as Metabase or SQL-based systems. - Demonstrated ability to define metrics, analyse data, and draw actionable business insights. - Experience in building business cases, identifying success levers, and influencing stakeholders through data-driven storytelling. - Deep customer-first mindset with a strong understanding of merchant needs. - Structured, detail-oriented, and outcome-focused professional with strong communication skills.
