The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring CRM solutions, delivering comprehensive training, and developing detailed documentation to ensure client success and satisfaction. Responsibilities Implement and configure CRM systems tailored to the needs of mid-size clients. Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements. Provide hands-on training sessions to client teams to facilitate smooth adoption of CRM systems. Create detailed user manuals, training materials, and documentation. Offer ongoing support during and after CRM implementation phases. Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to optimize CRM utilization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field. Proven experience implementing CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot. Strong understanding of CRM workflows and business process mapping. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to train diverse groups of users effectively. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
