Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to support both offshore and onsite HR operations. The role involves handling day-to-day HR administration, employee support, documentation, and coordination between global teams to ensure smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support across all HR functions for offshore and onsite teams.
Manage employee records, documentation, and databases with accuracy.
Coordinate onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Assist in payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
Support recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and follow-ups.
Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries and escalate when needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Communicate with managers, vendors, and external consultants when required.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in related field.
2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good knowledge of HR process.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and with offshore/onshore teams.
