We are seeking a proactive and organized HR coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations. The ideal candidate will assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, benefits administration, and maintaining HR systems and records.

Job Overview

This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR processes and delivering a positive employee experience. The HR coordinator will work closely with the HR team to provide administrative support and contribute to the development of HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Support: Post job openings on internal and external platforms, screen resumes, schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, coordinate interview logistics and candidate communication.
  • Onboarding & Orientation: Prepare new hire paperwork, conduct or support new employee orientation sessions, facilitate the onboarding experience and act as a point of contact for new hires.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and coordinate internal events, celebrations, and employee activities, support employee engagement surveys and follow-up initiatives.
  • HR Systems & Records: Maintain HR databases and systems, ensure accuracy and confidentiality, assist in generating regular HR reports and maintaining personnel files.
  • Benefits & Employee Relations: Support benefits enrollment, claims resolution, and inquiries, assist with employee relations issues by documenting cases and supporting investigations, help administer HR policies and maintain procedural documentation.
  • Additional Support: Complete various HR-related tasks and projects as assigned by management, maintain compliance with labor laws and internal standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR support role (internships included).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and recruitment platforms.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.
