Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Intern located in Pune. The HR Intern will assist with day-to-day HR functions, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management tasks. The intern will support Management and will contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) skills
  • Proficiency in HR Management and HR Policies
  • Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proactive and eager to learn
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
