Job Title: Sales Executive - Spray Equipment's Location: Gurgaon-Manesar Currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join us. Position Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and establishing strong customer relationships in the Indian Territory, with a primary focus on Industrial Spray Equipment and Spares. Your role will involve business development by understanding customer needs and promoting our products to meet and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities with the Indian region - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company's market share. Technical Expertise: - Possess an understanding of Spray equipment functionality, know-how, Spray or Coating industry processes and applications. - Provide technical support and guidance to customers, demonstrating a good command of the technical and commercial aspects of our products. Language Skills: - Fluent in English and Hindi to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. Transportation Skills: - Ability to drive a 2-wheeler and/or 4-wheeler, as the role involves regular travel Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Diploma or Mechanical Engineering - 4-5 years of proven experience in Business Development, specifically within the Coating, Spray industry. Key Competencies: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. - Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
