About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive with a strong background in sales or telemarketing. The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to engage clients, generate leads, and consistently achieve sales targets. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong business relationships while driving revenue growth for the organization. Key Responsibilities 1. Identify, engage, and convert potential B2B clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. 2. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products. 3. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. 4. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. 5. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor strategies. 6. Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches, proposals, and follow-up communications. 7. Manage and track leads using CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups. 8. Work in collaboration with operations and product teams to optimize sales strategies. 9. Adapt to flexible shifts, including US and Indian time zones. Required Skills & Qualifications 1. Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or telemarketing. 2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written). 4. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. 5. Proficiency in email communication and LinkedIn for outreach and networking. 6. Quick learner with strong product knowledge or ability to learn new offerings rapidly. 7. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively. 8. Good understanding of US market trends and business practices. 9. Comfortable working in both US and Indian shifts. Preferred Qualifications 1. Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho). 2. Prior exposure to SaaS, IT services, or B2B solutions.
