Role Overview: As a Sales Manager, you will lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, driving conversions and revenue growth in a fast-paced EdTech environment. This role demands strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on sales execution. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of 8-20 inside sales executives. - Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. - Own and monitor the complete sales pipeline (lead allocation to closures). - Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members. - Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) for sales optimization. - Ensure CRM hygiene and effective use of tools (LeadSquared, Salesforce, HubSpot). - Personally step in to close high-value deals when required. Eligibility Criteria: - Education: Graduate degree mandatory (Preferred: B.Tech, B.E., B.Com, MBA). - Experience: 4-8 years total, with at least 4+ years in EdTech sales. - Team Handling: Minimum 2 years managing 8-20 sales executives. - Sales Acumen: Proven record of achieving revenue targets (- 1-1.5 Cr/month). - Ticket Size: Hands-on experience in handling deals above - 1-1.5 Lakhs. - Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools (LeadSquared, Salesforce, HubSpot). - Stability: Minimum 2-2.5 years tenure in recent organization (preferably EdTech). - Immediate Joiners Preferred.
