Role Summary: This role will lead the end-to-end finance operations, accounting, and financial compliance function for MSM Unify. It requires driving budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, statutory compliance, and internal financial controls across the organization. The position demands strategic oversight combined with operational excellence to enable data-driven decision-making and long-term financial sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Finance & Budgeting Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles. Monitor actual performance vs. budget and recommend corrective actions. Provide strategic financial input on business performance and investment decisions. Prepare periodic financial dashboards, board-level presentations, and profitability analysis. Accounting Operations Oversee general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations. Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings. Maintain accuracy in financial statements and ensure compliance with Indian GAAP/IFRS. Cash Flow & Treasury Management Monitor working capital and optimize cash flow management. Lead treasury operations including fund flow management, investments, and banking relationships. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure adherence to all statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, ROC, Income Tax, etc.). Coordinate audits with statutory, internal, and tax auditors. Implement and maintain internal financial controls to mitigate risk. Team Leadership & Collaboration Build and mentor a high-performing finance and accounts team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, HR, Tech, and Operations to align financial objectives with business goals. ERP & Process Automation Drive digitization and automation of finance processes through ERP implementation and analytics. Ensure data accuracy, reporting scalability, and real-time financial visibility. Required Qualifications & Skills: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) with 1218 years of experience. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and financial regulations. Experience working with international subsidiaries, multi-currency accounting, and consolidation. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in Tally ERP, Zoho, MS Excel, and financial dashboards. Preferred Attributes: Experience in an EdTech or multinational services company. Exposure to investor reporting and due diligence processes. Strong documentation, SOP writing, and risk control orientation. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, and multicultural environment.
