Job Description
Job Title: Digital Marketing Consultant
Qualification: BBA/MBA in Digital marketing or any stream having basic knowledge of Digital Marketing
Experience: Final year student / Fresher with graduate or 1 - 2 Year Experience as Digital Marketing Consultant
Location: Digital Samay Institute, SCO 1115, Bishan Saroop Colony, Near Prem Hospital, Panipat
Salary: Up to INR 25,000 per month including Incentives
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Joining: Immediately
Interview - Online and Offline
Key Responsibilities:
* Counselling prospective students and their parents about various courses offered by the institute.
* Providing detailed information about course content, admission procedures, fees, and career prospects.
* Addressing queries and concerns of potential students effectively.
* Maintaining a strong follow-up system with leads to ensure conversions.
* Participating in promotional activities, educational fairs, and seminars to generate admissions.
* Achieving admission targets set by the institute.
* Maintaining accurate records of student inquiries and admissions.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in counselling, sales, or customer service, preferably in the education sector.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts and trends.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Goal-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
