Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated business development executive for international sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1- 2 years of sales / telesales experience and will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads within the healthcare tech industry, while providing essential support to our sales and business development teams. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in lead generation, sales support, and customer relationship management (CRM) in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Qualification:

Make outbound calls to healthcare institutions (hospitals, clinics, etc.) to introduce our Hospital Management System and understand customer requirements.

Generate and qualify leads through consistent follow-ups via phone and email.

Scheduling Demos:

Schedule demo appointments for the business development or product team to further engage and showcase our solutions to potential clients.

CRM Management:

Maintain and update lead status and follow-up details in the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of all interactions and progress.

Sales Support:

Assist the sales team by providing regular follow-ups and support in achieving targets and developing the sales pipeline.

Help in preparing sales reports and documentation to track progress and performance.

Customer Interaction:

Provide basic product information and answer queries related to our solutions, ensuring a seamless and informative communication process.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team, providing assistance in documentation, report generation, and other sales-related activities as required.

Core Skills:

Proven experience or the ability to generate leads and qualify prospects through outbound calling and email follow-ups.

Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills, both over the phone and via email.

Ability to organize and maintain follow-up schedules effectively.

Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Familiarity with CRM platforms to manage leads and track progress.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet targets.

Nice-to-Have:

Previous exposure to sales support, preferably in the healthcare or SaaS industry.

Familiarity with sales tools and CRM platforms for lead tracking and reporting.

Proficiency in spoken Arabic for professional business communication is a plus.
