Job Description

Role & responsibilities

- P&L Ownership: Manage and grow the profitability of the region, ensuring achievement of revenue and operational targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of highly motivated individuals to grow and manage business in their region.
- Strategy & Execution: Develop regional strategies to drive business growth, onboard developers, and manage partnerships.
- Understand requirements of JBPs and collaborate with operations to create customized packages
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior developer stakeholders (CEOs, CSMOs, CRM Heads).
- Business Reviews: Conduct periodic reviews with developers to assess performance and growth opportunities. Assess problems and take Corrective Actions Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Internal Reviews: Participate in reviews with the Business Head.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven track record in real estate partnerships or interiors/solutions industries

- Stellar ratings in previous roles, with experience in handling large teams.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and negotiation skills.
