Job Description

Job Summary:

Lead Generation Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the overall sales pipeline. This role is crucial in helping the organization achieve its growth targets by engaging potential clients and setting up qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and identify potential clients through various channels including LinkedIn, company websites, databases, and social media.
- Execute outbound lead generation campaigns via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria such as interest, need, budget, and authority.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on targeting strategies and messaging.
- Schedule discovery or demo calls between prospects and the sales team.
- Follow up on inbound marketing leads and conduct initial qualification.
- Track and report key metrics like number of leads generated, conversion rate, and call/email activity.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree.
- 2-4 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development (preferably in B2B).
- Strong communication skills written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, zoho) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator will be a plus.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

- Understanding of the sales funnel and lead qualification.
- Experience working in SaaS, IT services, or consulting domains.
