Job Description We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our remote support team. You'll serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently, professionally, and with empathy. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, tech-savvy, and enjoys solving problems. Key Responsibilities - Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone in a timely, courteous manner. - Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. - Troubleshoot issues and escalate technical or complex cases to the appropriate department. - Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot). - Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution. - Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Product) to improve customer experience. - Suggest process improvements and contribute to customer success initiatives.
