Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Bhopal. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The representative will handle both inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support to meet the needs of our clients. Qualifications - Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills - Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service - Strong Customer Experience management skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with computer systems and relevant software - Prior experience in a call center or similar customer-facing role is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service is advantageous
