Looking for challenging role If you really want to make a difference - make it with usCan we energize society and fight climate change at the same timeAt Siemens Energy we can Our technology is key but our people make the difference Brilliant minds innovate They connect create and keep us on track towards changing the worlds energy systems Their spirit fuels our mission Our culture is defined by caring agile respectful and accountable individuals We value excellence of any kind Sounds like youHow Youll Make an Impact Responsibilities of role Drive and implement AI and automation tools to streamline the proposal process enhancing efficiency reducing manual effort and ensuring consistency and accuracy in proposal generation Introduce and integrate existing digital tools that will enhance the accuracy and efficiency of proposal generation ensuring alignment with customer requirements and internal standards Understanding data flows across tools interfaces regions with an aim to reduce lead times for Proposal preparation is essential Supporting the proposal process through process and business improvement projects - Leading developing and implementation Experience with Digital Bid Suites would be an added advantage Deliver continuous improvement of internal processes to improve efficiency of bid management Leadership and influence across cross functional teams multiple product line teams to ensure consistent On Time Delivery to the Customer Where required supporting development of modernization and upgrades proposals for customers project requirements related to Gas Turbine Power Turbine and Package upgrades and overhauls and controls upgrades Support Regional Sales personnel in pursuit of integrated solutions projects and assisting in developing sales strategies to win bids Developing cost and margin analysis project and business risk analysis bid approval and handover documentation as required by the Business Approval Authorities The preparation and presentation of proposal documentation for the Product Line regional entities and the Customer Management of the bid preparation process under PM SE and sub processes tools Management of the project handover process to project execution in the Region and Business Unit What You Bring Candidate Requirements Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration or computer science 5 years of successful experience in process improvement Process Automation Proposals in the Oil Gas Power Generation or Service industry Proven ability to leverage digital tools and automation to enhance proposal processes demonstrating a track record of implementing innovative solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy Excellent Oral and writing skills with internal and external organization Strong Analytical and Strategic thinker UiPath PowerAutomate Alteryx experience or similar tools Travel upto 15 Weve got quite a lot to offer How about youThis role is based in Gurugram Delhi NCR where youll get the chance to work with teams impacting entire cities countries and the shape of things to come Were Siemens A collection of over 324 000 minds building the future one day at a time in over 200 countries We re dedicated to equality and we welcome applications that reflect the diversity of the communities we work in All employment decisions at Siemens are based on qualifications merit and business need Bring your curiosity and imagination and help us shape tomorrow Find out more about Siemens careers at
