We are seeking a skilled professional to support the proposal development process by assisting in the preparation of high-quality proposals and ensuring that all submissions meet client requirements and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of proposals and bid documents, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for proposals, fostering strong relationships and communication skills.
  • Maintain a centralized database of proposals and ensure all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Review proposals for compliance with client requirements and company standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Support the proposal team in developing project timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in business principles.
  • 3-5 years of experience in proposal management or a similar role, showcasing expertise and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management software, leveraging technical skills to drive success.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
