Job Title: Proposal Manager

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire proposal management process from start to finish. Your expertise will ensure that all bids are thoroughly researched, meticulously planned, and strategically presented to secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive proposal strategies to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and insights necessary for successful bid submissions.
  • Coordinate and manage the creation of compelling proposals, including researching market trends, conducting competitor analysis, and crafting winning pitches.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality proposals, maintaining strict adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to foster open communication and drive results-oriented outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends to continuously improve proposal management processes and strategies.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence, integrity, and innovation in all aspects of proposal management.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans to enhance proposal quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal management, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
