Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Associate In this role you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries providing support and ensuring customer satisfaction This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start prosper their career in the BPO industry Key Responsibilities - Customer Support Handle inbound and outbound calls emails and chats to assist customers with their inquiries complaints and service requests - Data Entry Accurately enter customer information and transaction details into the company s database - Problem Resolution Resolve customer issues efficiently by understanding their needs providing accurate information and escalating when necessary - Product Knowledge Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products services and procedures to effectively assist customers - Documentation Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions - Quality Assurance Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a high standard of service and customer satisfaction - Team Collaboration Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve team goals - Continuous Learning Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge Qualifications - Education High school diploma or equivalent College degree preferred but not required - Experience No prior experience required training will be provided Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in basic computer applications e g MS Office CRM systems - High level of accuracy and attention to detail Personal Attributes - Customer-focused with a positive attitude - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn - Flexibility to work in shifts including nights weekends and holidays if required Benefits - Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Projected based only - Comprehensive training and development programs - Opportunities for career advancement within the company ref updazz com
