About The Role - Sales Lead Development Representative (India) As a Sales Lead Development Representative (SDR) in Cisco's Virtual Demand Center, you'll be at the forefront of Cisco's growth in the INDIA region, playing a vital role in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities. Your mission To connect with customers and partners, understand their needs, and build a strong sales pipeline using the proven ANUM sales method. By converting inbound demand from calls, chats, marketing campaigns, events, and webinars into qualified opportunities, you'll be the catalyst for driving business success. As part of the Virtual Demand Center, you'll work closely with stakeholders and channel partners, gaining unparalleled exposure to Cisco's cutting-edge technology and sales strategies. How You'll Make an Impact - Be the first point of contact for inbound demand from customers across INDIA, engaging through calls, chats, call-back forms, and marketing initiatives from events, webinars, and campaigns. - Qualify sales opportunities using ANUM sales method, converting leads to pipeline opportunities. - Collaborate with partners to provide tailored solutions and ensure seamless handoff for partner engagement. - Leverage innovative sales models (cloud, services, and software) and Cisco technologies to maximize customer value. - Engage with stakeholders to align strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences. - Develop expertise in Cisco's architecture and offerings, jump-starting your sales career with future growth opportunities. What We're Looking For We're seeking dynamic individuals who thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment and are passionate about sales, technology, and building relationships. What Makes You a Great Fit - 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a similar or adjacent industry, start-up, or consultancy, ideally with tech knowledge. - A background in networking, security, and sales. - Excellent English communication skills, with proficiency in any INDIA local language to engage with clients across the region. - A proven track record of owning the pre-sales phase, including qualifying leads and working closely with customers, partners, and stakeholders. - Growth and goal-oriented mentality with determination, tenacity, and drive to exceed targets. - Agility, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills to adapt to a changing environment. - A history of career progression and a desire for continuous learning and development. - A BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
