Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Risk Governance In this role, you will provide expert advice to Business and In-country Compliance teams on relevant compliance and regulatory matters, while supporting key processes and operational activities related to regulatory engagement, audit management, and risk monitoring. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure robust governance, regulatory adherence, and effective management of compliance risks. Key Responsibilities: .Provide guidance and support to Business and In-country Compliance teams on compliance and regulatory issues to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies. .Support regulatory engagement activities, including handling regulatory surveys, information requests, and facilitating communications with regulators. .Manage and coordinate regulatory and supervisory examinations, as well as internal and external audit reviews to ensure timely and accurate responses and remediation. .Engage and collaborate with internal and external auditors, including GIA (Group Internal Audit), assurance teams, and external consultants to support audit planning, execution, and follow-up. .Oversee outsourcing governance for arrangements owned by CFCR, ensuring compliance with outsourcing policies and regulatory expectations. .Monitor compliance risks continuously and escalate significant issues as per established risk management frameworks. .Support process management activities to enhance operational efficiency and compliance effectiveness. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications .Experience in Banking Operational Risk, Compliance, or Internal Audit with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management. .Knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk principles, and compliance practices relevant to the banking sector. .Proven ability to manage audit processes, regulatory engagements, and information requests. .Strong process management skills with attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills .In-depth knowledge of banking regulations and supervisory expectations. .Experience working with internal audit teams, external auditors, and regulatory bodies. .Familiarity with outsourcing governance requirements and frameworks. .Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to effectively collaborate across teams and with regulators. .Ability to analyze and escalate compliance risks proactively while driving process improvements.
