
Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities 1 Lead Generation and Prospecting Identify and generate new business opportunities through research networking cold-calling and other lead generation methods Qualify and develop leads to create a robust sales pipeline Identify key decision-makers and potential clients in target markets 2 Sales and Relationship Building Engage with prospects via phone email or in-person meetings to understand their needs and introduce the company s offerings Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales opportunities Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects guiding them through the sales process 3 Product Knowledge and Presentation Develop a strong understanding of the company s products or services to effectively present solutions to clients Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of the company s offerings Tailor presentations and proposals to meet the specific needs of prospective clients 4 Market Research and Competitive Analysis Stay up-to-date with industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities Conduct research to understand the market needs and align business development strategies accordingly Provide feedback to the business development team about market demands customer preferences and competitor positioning 5 Proposal and Contract Development Assist in preparing proposals quotes and contracts for potential clients Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that proposals are aligned with client requirements and company offerings Help with contract negotiations and close deals ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company 6 Reporting and Performance Tracking Track and report on sales performance pipeline status and lead conversion rates Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in CRM software Provide regular updates on lead generation sales activities and market feedback to the Business Development Manager 7 Customer Service and Support Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely responses to inquiries and proactive issue resolution Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and effective delivery of services or products Support the post-sale process by assisting clients with any follow-up requirements or queries Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Business development 2 years Preferred total work 3 years Preferred Language Hindi Preferred Work Location In person
