- Identify, target, and acquire new clients for IT staffing and consulting services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and work closely with the recruitment team to deliver suitable profiles.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation to closure.
- Present service offerings to key stakeholders, decision-makers, and procurement heads.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close business deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams for proposal building, RFP responses, and client delivery coordination.
- Monitor market trends, client feedback, and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
->Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Key Requirements :
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 to 8 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in IT Staffing/Consulting domain.
- Strong existing network with corporates, IT clients, and decision-makers in Bangalore or PAN India.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and expanding client base.
- Experience in working with contract staffing, permanent hiring, and managed services models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
