Key Responsibilities - Identify target and acquire new clients for IT staffing and consulting services - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals - Understand client requirements and work closely with the recruitment team to deliver suitable profiles - Generate qualified leads through cold calling email campaigns social media outreach and networking - Drive end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation to closure - Present service offerings to key stakeholders decision-makers and procurement heads - Prepare and present proposals negotiate terms and close business deals - Collaborate with internal teams for proposal building RFP responses and client delivery coordination - Monitor market trends client feedback and competitor activity to identify business opportunities - Meet and exceed monthly quarterly and annual revenue targets Key Requirements - Bachelor s Master s degree in Business Marketing or a related field - 3 to 8 years of experience in Business Development Sales in IT Staffing Consulting domain - Strong existing network with corporates IT clients and decision-makers in Bangalore or PAN India - Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and expanding client base - Experience in working with contract staffing permanent hiring and managed services models - Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills - Self-motivated proactive and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment - Familiarity with MS Office CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus ref updazz com
